ICP n. a personalized plan developed by the student to assist them in exploring options and understanding college terminology and major factors when choosing a college.
WHAT IS A "INDIVIDUALIZED COLLEGE PLAN (ICP)"?
All students should have a plan for life after high school. The Next Chapter workbook serves as a guide to help students develop their Individualized College Plan (ICP).
Whether it’s public or private, community or online, vocational or technical, this workbook helps students understand college terminology and major factors when choosing a college.
What's Inside? A complete guide to help students identify, analyze, evaluate and finalize college choices.
“Six years ago, this workbook would have been a great resource for my classmates and I.
Deciding on a college would not have put so much pressure on us as young adults. Everything in The Next Chapter reminds me of all of the conversations my mother had with me in high school. High school students will definitely benefit from The Next Chapter.“
- Andre’ Jones, College Graduate
WHAT WE OFFER
The Next Chapter Workbooks
While assisting my own children in preparing for and selecting institutions of higher learning, I recognized the need for others to have access to the tools that we used to select the best path for them. So, I decided to compile them into a workbook that clarifies and streamlines the-sometimes daunting and confusing-process of college selection into a step-by-step format.
College Plan Groups
Our educational consultants offer an array of services for students and parents. Students work in small groups to develop their Individualized College Plan. Groups are limited to 10 students and will meet on Saturdays to identify, analyze, evaluate and finalize college choices. Students will visit a local campus to discuss the before, during and after processes during a campus visit. Although students will be in a small group setting, students will receive individual assistance from our educational consultants.
